If, for any reason, your adopted kitten does not fit well into your home, please contact us within 14 days of adoption. We strive to ensure a smooth transition for both you and your new furry friend.
Health and Genetic Testing Assurance
We conduct thorough health checks and genetic testing on all our kittens to ensure they are free from hereditary conditions. If a health issue is identified related to genetic testing within the first 30 days, we will address the situation through remediation options including an exchange for a healthy kitten or a full refund.
