I used to think cats were just cats
Then I met the Sphynx.
I love the look. I love the feel of the skin and coat. They come right up to you. They want to know what you are doing. Mine follow me around the house. They help. They supervise.
I wanted other people to feel that too.
I am Jennifer. I raise Unfur-gettable Sphynx, Bambino, Elf, and Dwelf in the Atlanta area, and I place kittens with families across the country.

How long I have been doing this
I have been breeding Sphynx for about five years. That is the real number. I have not been breeding for twenty-five years.
The longer stretch was other animals. I spent years around wildlife, rescue dogs, and horses. I lived and worked on a horse farm for 5.5 years.

Why I am careful about homes
I look at the pets you have had before. I want a home that already knows what it means to keep an animal well.
These cats want company. I place them in homes with kids and other pets. They are not a fit as the only animal in a house that stays empty most of the day. I do not want a kitten left alone more than 2 to 4 hours on most days, unless a sibling, a playmate, or other cats are there.
Loneliness and boredom make bad habits, and they make a cat that never learned how to be with people. I look for homes with people around a lot, or other pets, or both.
Not a fit if you plan to declaw. Not a fit if I think you are too young. Not a fit if the house sits empty and there is no other pet.
